Shipping:
All confirmed and paid orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An additional charge of $10.00 may be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused and/or non-deliverable, or requires address correction after shipping takes place.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods to streamline speed of your delivery as we use many warehouses across the country in an effort to create the best buying experience possible. We do not run live stock levels on our site due to the amount of mills and warehouses we work with so we may change shipping due to product availability. However, if there is a change in cost we do not charge you. The shipping price you agree upon in your order is what you pay no matter what the circumstances may be with your order.
By selecting a rush delivery, such as 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select does not guarantee your order will be delivered 1-3 days from the time you place your order. However, we will make every effort to rush your shipment to you as it's our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible no matter what form of shipping you select. Returns:
- If you're not satisfied with your apparel purchase, We accept returns for replacement or refund within 7 days after receipt of item(s). But the apparel items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer.
- All of our apparel products are first quality brand name products, their quality is assured. If there is anything wrong with the quality of the product you purchased (defective), we will offer you 100% money back refund(including shipping). For any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee for returning the item.
